No that would only work if the number of infected was static and it's not, the number of infected its doubling every 3-5 days, which is also the reason we are shutting everything down, if we went with you line of thinking that this is all no big deal and shutting down is stupid there would be several hundred thousand dead Americans at least by years end.

Read the first to lines and nearly laughed. "Nautrally immune" WTF is that supposed to mean? And look at Italy and Europe, not China.

The guy is smarter then you and me. Trying to be fair and balanced. 1000 opinions on this virus and his is one of them.

I need some help. A few days ago I saw a map of COVID cases in the US in which I could click on individual states and see more detailed information county-by-county. I cannot find that site to save my life. Anyone know of such a site?

Yeah, but that basically goes against the meaning of a “novel” virus, he makes no sense there, if this is a virus the human body has never identified, there would be no immunity, don’t know why he thinks that

Maybe so. I might have a immunity to the flu. Never had it and I’m around it every year. I think it’s possible.

Part of me wants to believe there’s an effort to turn the younger generations against the boomers. For political reasons. Since younger people aren’t dying and their fun is spoiled and lives are put on hold in an effort to save “old people”. Call me a conspiracist but this is something to watch. “Ok boomer” is alive and well.

Need parents to crack down. I have a 17 year old who is very mad at me right now because I would not let him go with his friends for dessert at a restaurant on downtown Columbia. Why are other parents either allowing their children to go out or not knowing where there children are ? Had a death from corona at our local hospital just yesterday and a new case today. A lot of People not taking it seriously
 
I spoke with my brother who is a CPA & owns his own firm. We spoke in length. He said he has several clients already hurting and letting him know they will be slow paying. Such as Zaxbys chain, movie chain, small businesses. He said the only way to stop this is for Trump to completely shut everything down. He had over 33 clients in and out of his office today. In most states most are still out. He also said that if this is over in 4-6 weeks then the economy will start booming quickly. He will have to start laying off middle April. He also said that if this goes on till late May/June then it’s going to be a long time for recovery and going to be really ugly. That bankruptcies will be all over the place. He said most of the clients he has can make it for 4 to 6 weeks. Also it’s 99.9 % small businesses in the US economy. The big ones only make up a very small fraction of the US economy.
