There are some striking similarities...the troughs and ridges are pretty much standing around in the same places the whole time.

Drizzle Cold sitting on the wrong side, thinking it's a Euro Kart or something. Got dem lights around the top and the red pinging eye in the middle front behind the brush guard. Oh, and it has a cooler in the back under the back seat. :)

Super clean! I had to change the fuel filter on mine a couple weeks ago because it was pitter pattering pitifully across the farm. I would really like to have a Polaris RZR but:

A) I can’t afford one
B) I’m probably too tall to fit into one

You know it’s game over when the winter battle zone is setting up in central Quebec..I think y’all fail to realize how screwed we really are here east of the mountain pass. At least Alabama Mississippi Tennessee can hold out hope to score with some freaky fast moving cold airView attachment 29598

If it's raining at the southern reaches of the Hudson Bay in mid-January, you know we're screwed.

With a the trees fully leafed out due to prespring we are going to have a lot of power issues

Maybe the leaves will shade the ground and keep the scorching Marvelous March sun angle from sizzling our snow after the pattern change.

Hell its not even doing that, where is my 1.6 the euro had!

Looks like most of the precip is going N/W of us. You know precip is going to underperform even worse when we actually get a wintry event here. Well, if....

Man that is so sad. I am really sorry to hear that. I know you did everything you could, but that is still probably not much consolation. At least you have given many others a second chance throughout your career. First responders don't have the power to work miracles, but they are heroes.

Thank you. I appreciate that.

I’m not canceling until end of January. Don’t care how bad it looks right now. I’ll go down with the ship.

If we can time one up, I’ll welcome it with open arms. If I were north of 85 I would be walking towards the towel hamper but I wouldn’t have it in hand just yet.

You got the name wrong.... it was fo shizzle cold drizzle.
Sweet ride, envy of the hood I'm sure.

We are well on our way to our 5th AN winter in a row. Last we did this was in 2005-2009. Prior to that I can't find where we had 5 AN winters in a row...and we haven't had 6. Maybe pre-1955 or something but didn't go back that far. Not even the crappy 90's had 5 AN winters in a row.

So, good news, odds are very high that next winter is BN. Of course, been saying that about RDU's inability to break 10" for seasonal snowfall...16 years and counting and previous longest streak was 7 years.

I most recently have had trouble making optimistic posts. I mean last year, other than the December storm, we didn't get any snow, I thought nothing could be worse than last year. Even during this time we still had storms to track. SMH

Today's installment for good news is EPS member. for north of I-85

So really out of 15 years only 3 have been below? 09-10, 10-11 and 14-15? Not good odds going forward.

This winter is way worse for a lot of people then last year. 29.4% snow cover in January is amazing in a bad way.

It really is amazing how bad the last few years were and once we thought it couldn't get worse, we find ourselves with this winter.

I wish! They got some 72 volters around here. I got lots of lights though. :D

You people are silly. Its January 3rd. Chill out.
Yeh man, I try to remember that. Well, until I am still saying it a week from now. Then 2 weeks goes by (half of Winter is over) then here comes Valentines day and nothing has still happened. Then we will start saying "Some of our biggest storms happen in March".. Then we get to March, it snows a half inch on March 23th or something dumb like that. Then Winter is over. The end. Lol

I saw a met tweet that the record high for this date was set in 2000, he is out of Myrtle beach. No one can forget what happened later that month in 2000. So I guess anything can happen, but betting on anything happening is a lost cause. Cause that "anything" will likely be a SE ridge.
