I think it stalled again. Recon finding the center barely moved from their second to third pass, plus satellite loops seem to support it.
Somebody and somebody else and his and her next door neighbor and a few others up the street and around the corner look to be pretty wet this week ...Look at the moisture just streaming northward out of the gulf

If only all TC's could just be hot messes when threatening land. I wish Matthew had been that way!!
This is where all tropical systems that are having a direct impact on the southeast will be moving forward. They will start in the tropical thread and get moved to the main board when impacts begin

The only TS to have the moisture transition from the heaviest being in the NE quadrant, to the NW quadrant !
