NBM low
temperatures Tuesday morning appeared to be too cold. Even though
this was at the tail end of the forecast period, opted to blend 2
parts operational NBM with 1 part NBM 90th percentile to bump low
temperatures up closer to MEX MOS guidance. /SEC

Atleast 3-4 more hours to go at nearly 1” per hour rates. Temps are dropping making for higher ratios!
