Does everybody like 45 degrees and light rain? I know I do! That's all we are getting in the way of precipitation in February. Nice, dreary, cool rain with a moderate east wind. Gonna feel like London in May.

People say we might have below normal temps in mid to late Feb but 55 is below average by then. We’re gonna need temps close to 30 below average !
I think we're headed to phase-8 by the 8th, but that's just a hunch.
At least we aren't hearing people ----- and complain about the lack of rain now.
