Yes pre-revenue. BO price is the real question here. You know how that goes, there are those out there with $20B plus valuations but I don't buy that (would love to be wrong). However, there is a growing consensus that it really should be closer to $10B. CEO Sharma said in one of his CCs that he understood the real valuation of all of Microvision's technology (and over 500 patents), and funny thing he also stated he read the subreddit on MVIS (pre-craziness it is now, last year that subreddit only had a few hundred members, it has over 13k now and is more like ST), anyway he hinted at investors not recognizing the true value of the technology, especially as it pertained to the LiDAR vertical. So who knows... the technology could truly be lifechanging (getting darn close to that for me now).

I said last week I was going to sell some above 15 and I held out so I still haven't technically taken profits yet.....so hard to put price targets in these types of runs you really just have to watch the trading. Appreciate the updates though! Saves me from lurking around the stock boards on this one.
 
I'd probably be too mentally weak to day trade, I'm back to feeling as if there's a next bounce in a renewable energy stock I picked up, I'm out, and I felt that for most of Friday, then flipped lol.

And it's not that I wasn't right on those things running, I'm just guessing that with more thematic/speculative things, I'd likely be better off choosing ETFs since I waited so long here. QQQJ has treated me well overall, and if I ever decided to go in on an ARK at ANY point...

Edit: For another topic, semis are probably still a good idea despite their runup (in fact, UMC is a relatively low cost stock here), yet I'm going to likely sit on my butt here for too long too.

It's already parabolic...the 21dema is $12...the 50dma is $7. This is really extended and these usually don't end well...unless it's getting bought out. But, I see nothing but solid call buying so money is still going into it believing the run continues. Maybe this hits $30 by EOW.

Melvin capital added to their GME short. They never covered. Oh boy

edit: they could have covered in January because this info was from shares added back the end of Q4 I believe. We just don’t know. Short reports provide zero transparency.

MVIS with an offering...that's why it was getting pumped so hard past week. It's only $50m so not that big. The way the market has been behaving this may pullback for a day or two and then just keep rolling higher.

Didn't they just do an offering a couple months ago? Why do they need to do offerings every two or 3 months?

The stock is in the $20’s, they need to start stock piling cash since they are pre-revenue. Look at NNMD...I think they have done 12 offerings past year. This is expected and wouldn’t bother me...probably a blessing as MVIS was really extended. The shorts had to be frothing at the mouth...let them have there fun, consolidate and then keep trucking.

Yeah it's just a 2% dilution, I'm still long and in it for the end game but come April if something big hasn't been announced I'm gonna start to get skeptical. I'll reserve judgment till then, they did state that they are still on target to complete the LiDAR milestone.... we'll see. One thing for sure, they now have cash for extended period of time, if a bidder thought they could wait them out, that's not happening now.

It's a helluva a trade...this is up 10x past 2 months. Just think if you had bought 5000 shares back in early Dec.
 
May dip my toe in on this. Chart looks great...China EV/batterly play. Had a big day today so wouldn't mind one more kiss off that rising support.

Apparently the PPI reading today brought on worries about inflation.

Yet the CPI reading recently was like "there is no inflation".

Hmmm.... ?

Yep looks like under Biden there is going to be a lot of regulation, from the pennies to big board stocks. I think a lot of these crazy runs we've seen will become less and less across the stock market as the regulation clamps down. There will still be runners but not the insane hot market we had the past year or so.

Always a good thing when we limit opportunity ! Good thing biden is looking out for us . Opportunity scares me personally I need him to protect me.
 
It ain't pretty right now but CCL July options, GIK commons/options are keeping me afloat. I was in a lot of cash by chance so I will be buyer today/tomorrow.

I also started a position in OCUL today, sub $18. I don't have any BIO's in my portfolio and a guy I follow on twitter who is really good has been recommending this for a long time.
 
Dang...just noticed MVIS selling off hard. It will be good to fill atleast one of those gaps so it can continue upward.
