When the "magnitude" of the deal has to get pumped up and spun to sound super duper awesome, you can bet that more than likely, it will disappoint the market. I think the market was hopeful for quite a bit more than 10 mm bpd.

It’s closer to 20 with the G20 countries but yeah clearly the market is underwhelmed or at least right now . Maybe when ARAMCO releases pricing tomorrow it will get a boost

Could also be a head fake....Make you think it's going to be a horrible day, and then turn mid morning...You never know about the market...It's as fickle as a woman
 
Crude up 3% now. Maybe it is the most historic greatest deal you've ever seen.
