Severe Poss severe threat late this week

I’m starting to think this line will hold together even into South Carolina. Simply because of the energy driving this storm

So I managed Walmart, and the straight line winds in the storm only lasted for a couple of minutes. Those couple of minutes of wind took our Walmart front doors off and destroyed our patio in garden center and rip off our smoke shed outside

Should be more of a straight line wind type event for North Georgia. Seems to be weakening some as I though it would. Losing the day time temps.

Hope so!!! I’m soon to be on the docket here in Dallas..lol

Interesting, slight risk upgrade for North Carolina foothills

Dewpoint got up to 67 in Huntsville and while the winds were impressive it otherwise wasn't too bad up here. I also recorded the highest wind gust at my house in five years.

I give myself a B+. I underestimated the overall coverage of the wind and I was seriously believing there would be an elevated tornado threat in SE AL. All in good fun. That is the first event I've followed from start to finish in years.

I'll use it as a crutch when I absolutely bomb the next one.

Parents out of Power in Cedartown Ga pretty hefty gusts in area sure knocked a few wear trees etc down in area

Pretty wet here at Pisgah/ mount Mitchell. Dew points have jumped big time. Winds howling

Pretty gusty here (45mph?), nothing has blown down and power is on.

Pretty good lightning, some wind and some rain but I'm still waiting for the main part to come through, its taking its time coming across Gwinnett Co.
