What i find then funniest is all the GOP supporters hear whining about the bidens. According to the new code it doesn't matter one bit what biden did. As long as his motive co-existed with what he believed was the national interest he can do whatever he wanted and it's not a big deal.

Damn I can't imagine how incensed you were during the Obama years. How about the Bush years? Clinton years? Did you like Reagan because the wanted to impeach him for abuse of power too

No what I find funny is all the democrats thinking they can do what the hell they want to do against the constitution.. 16 democrat witnesses was allowed in the house and schiff did not allow republicans to counter it was one sided and you got to be a ? to think that’s ok?? It’s not the senate job to clean up the mistakes they spilled over In the house!! Democrats had their chance but just like Obamacare that tried to hurry and jam the impeachment through just like Russia collusion bull? it came back and smacked them in the mouth. Democrats have done nothing since they took over the house except trying to take out Trump!! That’s why more democrats are going over to trump because they know democrats are doing nothing for them since taking over the house except being angry that trump won in 2016 and that’s what this is all about end of story!!

Yet it's odd that even with a rushed slack job they still convinced Alexander, Rubio and who knows who else he is guilty. Just imagine what could have been if they did a good job finishing witnesses.

Trumps is a corrupt swamp king. For the first time in my life I just might vote for a democrat.

You know that's not true as I railed against Obama for years. I just always hoped the GOP was better than obamabots and that admin. My hope was not reality. They are the same.

Once again "conservatism is what I believe not who I follow"

Smh is this really what it's come to? The stupidest excuses that keep surfacing about this whole "hate Trump train" is "You don't like Trump and you never have because you're against America". It's a broken record. Say some of our lives don't revolve around Trump? Seems to be the opposite for some. I'll keep living my life regardless of who's president or in power. I don't wake up thinking about who's in office or what they're doing. However, I will hold those in power accountable for their actions, small or large. I have the right to criticize those in power. Everyone does. Instead of idolizing Trump like he's some sort of god, how about we instead look at him as a president who let corruption take full control of him and try to pin it on his enemies so they are the enemy of the people. Pretty harsh to say half your country is sleezy. Just as bad as Hillary's deplorables comment. Currently both sides are in such a mess that it's disgusting. The right is on the trump train who wants to do nothing but kiss Trump's golden shoes and the left has a few maniacs in the spotlight preaching socialism. I would love both parties to take out the trash and moderate but like that's ever going to happen.

Did you watch Dershowitz ( you do know he is the one who represented Clinton in his impeachment trial ) as you know he is a constitutional scholar along with Ted Cruz and Dershowitz even said that trump was denied due process and that’s unconstitutional because as Dershowitz said Clinton was given due process during his impeachment hearings..And for schiff to stand there and twist what Dershowitz said is sickening and a liar..you got to be a total moron to vote for socialism because Biden will be a non factor and the fact AOC has taken over the democrat party!! The Economy will plummet into the toilet if democrats win!!

I've known snowlover91 since before he even had his learners permit. He knows me and he knows I hated Obama too. For him to insinuate otherwise is disheartening to say the least.
 
Seems to me a number of years back, there was a certain American embassy that requested additional security resources from our leaders. That security assistance was denied, withheld, and it cost American lives. Then the POTUS and sec. of state lied about about those circumstances with total disregard for the American lives lost. But we're suppose to be upset over a request to investigate corruption involving the Bidens, Clinton's and the DNC....ok.

They haven’t been different in a long time, just playing their base. The GOP made Trump. When you run Mccain and Romney two election cycles, you get what you deserve.

What are you talking about? You will have members from both parties vote for acquittal Wednesday. Just like you had members from both parties vote against impeachment in the house unsuccessfully. Thanks to the Republicans in the senate they perserved impeachment and didnt allow it to be turned into a partisan tool, just because some dont agree or like a presidents policies, character , election results etc.
Trump never committed an impeachable crime. You want to get rid of him go run for president or support someone whos runing against him. Dont conduct a scam charade in the house in the name of a partisan trial, where a defendent cant represent himself and ram stuff through in a haste.
It was the Democrat House who oppressed an accussed defendant and suppressed evidence from being vetted as well as verefied.
You got JV politician moon bats who only serve their own self interest and not the constitution or citizens of this country.
Democrats always want to change rules to fit their narrative. If its not electoral college, its the senate having to build the impeachment case by witness,depositions etc. List goes on and on.
Are you that scared or have that much lack of faith in your idealogy, socialist vision for America? Spend your energy selling , promoting it. Trying to say someone is guilty until he can prove he is innocent aint gonna get it done. By all means please keep it up. Meanwhile Trump is out their knocking deals and legislation out of the park. My point is that it seems people are focusing only on Trump, as if he’s the most corrupt person ever, but they’re not holding the Democrats to the exact same standards they’re holding Trump too. There are a ton of things the democrats need to be held accountable for that no one seems to really care about, everyone wants to focus on Trump and ignore the other stuff because they hate him.
 
It's normal for any God loving American to not like and appreciate any of the accomplishments Trump as made since being in office....All the while battling the Democrats every step of the way.....Really it is

Trump is president first and foremost. What he does is and should be under the biggest microscope.

There were also proper channels for trump to use that he didnt and that's why he got his tail caught in a crack.

I wasn’t around on political boards back in the day when Obama was in office, I was only interested in weather back then and had 0 interest in politics. My post came across the wrong way and I apologize for that. My issue is when people focus all their efforts on only the bad things Trump does but ignore calling out the equally bad things the liberals do. If we are going to hold him to a high standard we should hold all leaders to that same standard. There are a lot of scary things the liberals are doing that concern me for the direction our country is going, like the 2nd amendment issue in VA, FISA abuse, starting an impeachment campaign before someone takes office, etc.

Yes, but I haven’t seen the people who don’t like Trump ever give him props for anything that is beneficial for Americans or a good policy choice he makes. I also don’t see those who don’t like Trump calling out the stuff the democrats are doing either. Maybe I just miss them but it sure seems like that is the only thing people focus on.

Hold them all to the same standard. I did under obama and I do now as well. Its what's so frustrating to me because I know if this was a Democrat accused of all these things opinions here would be flipped flopped.

My issue with the impeachment deal is how it was literally started from the day of his inauguration (and one could argue it started and was planned before it). I don’t care if it was Obama or Trump or anyone else in office, I would be ticked at the party weaponizing impeachment that way. What is happening is they’re taking impeachment and using it to search for a crime or manufacture something they can justify as one. The danger in this is that out of our first 36 presidents we had 1 impeachment. Out of the last 9 we have had 3. It’s starting to become more of a normal thing and that is very concerning, especially when you have a party that says they’re starting an impeachment campaign to overthrow the duly elected president before he even is in office. Whether one views the accusations over the past 3 years with Russia and Ukraine legit or not, no president should ever face a weaponized impeachment process that starts before he even takes office. Maybe it happened under Obama with the GOP, I didn’t follow politics then so idk but this is the first time I’ve seen it happen.

If we are going to hold them all to the same standard then it would be nice to see some discussion on other politicians, whether positive or critical, as well.
 
Heres some of my old posts. Notice date stamps. Notice in one I even suggest to hold Bush responsible for fast and furious at one point.......this was before the time line came out. My position is and always has been to hold our elected officials accountable.....Bush, Obama, or Trump. My position has remained the same regardless of party.

Its ok to hold people accountable for their actions just stop telling other people they suck for not wanting to impeach the President. You dont like him? DONT VOTE FOR HIM PEOPLE! This isnt long division. You live in a free country. You get to vote in November in a free election! Thats how you get to hold him accountable. Isnt that amazing? Whats even cooler than that is 4 more years after this year you get to do it all over again with an entire new group of people tugging at your emotions.

This is fcking hilarious. Corporate dems have always seemed to be so sure of themselves and so naive of their surroundings. Arrogance is truly a blinding trait. It's also very insane to watch now, knowing how popular trump currently is.

That being said, I will err on the side of caution to those who think sanders is not similar to trump in some ways. Both with a very strong following, both very polarizing, both seemed at one point to be unelectable. The socialist attack at the surface is just that to many voters. People seem to be tired of ridiculous health care costs, education debt, and the favoring of the system towards the 1%. Inequality gap is highest it's ever been and people want a fair shot. You truly don't know what God has in store. Heed with caution for the future because it may surprise us. I could be wrong ofc, but just sayin.
 
I'm really starting to believe the Corona virus is showing the world what China really is, a third world country with a big money government that does a lot of talk and smoke and mirrors. The sample size is still small, but so far people in countries with good health and healthcare are shrugging off the virus and those in the US are returning home due to mild symptoms. It really shows what the Chinese people have to deal with and how they need our prayers.
 
I sure hate to hear about Rush's diagnosis. Join me please and let's start sending prayers up on his behalf. Pray for us all and our country too while we are at it. Blessings to all.

The Democrat party is a train wreck. They can't do even a simple task at a caucus. Do people actually think these clowns can beat Donald Trump and run the Unites States of America? It's mind boggling
