What if your house had been burning down but your neighbor's across the street was completely fine? Does that mean your neighbor's house still deserves just as much attention as yours?

They rate them high on factual reporting, ie the stories are factual even if their selection favors right biased. This indicates their stories are FACTUAL, ie TRUE and not misleading or false as you allege. “High for factual reporting due to a clean fact check record.”

This forum used to not even exist in the first place, there used to not be a completely inept, narcissist in office, a global pandemic, nationwide riots, & boring weather at the same time, and you are in fact part of the problem by posting almost exclusively in this thread and others that aren't weather, which you've been doing before 2020 or any of this happened. Pot meet kettle.
You can report factual information but cherry-pick certain facts you want everyone to hear and spin the interpretations from them in a way that presents a specific, predetermined narrative. That's hardly any better than reporting complete fairy tales.

I think we would all do well to remember we are all fans of the same hobby, and while we will disagree we need to remember we are all in this world together and are neighbors and countrymen and not ENEMIES.

This board is a chance to converse with people who likely have a different background, disposition, and beliefs than you. Use it wisely and constructively, let your guard down, accept people will disagree, listen, educate yourself. It's my hope that this board is enough of a community that we can have constructive conversation even if it is a little heated at times without at the end of the day completely devolving into madness.

Dude, it was just a joke about the good ole days when this forum didn’t have a political thread, no need to take things so seriously.
Also, all the mainstream news sites are going to be biased on that fact checking website either to the left or right and many rate far worse in their levels of factual reporting too. Should CNN, MSNBC, etc never be posted as reliable source since they rate as left, one step away from extreme left, and have a factual rating much worse of “mixed.”? What news website do you consider completely unbiased and factual, according to the media fact-check website?

Eric making some great points. Take a minute and look objectively at some of the things he is saying. The younger generations are seeing this as well. It is our future. You can be a part of helping mold it or you can watch it go by you, but change is coming .

Younger generation here to and I definitely don’t see it most of my friends don’t see.
These times are harder on us than we want to admit. This venue gives us a place to vent. We need that right now. I know a few folks on here personally and while we may disagree across a keyboard, I know if I needed something you guys would help. I would do the same for any of you. This place helps all of us work things out. We will get through this and as in the past be stronger for it, what ever it looks like.
At some point a Southernwx summit needs to happen. GSP seems to be the best middle location for most
