All rain so far. I think things should start picking up here in the next couple hours based off radar

I will say our TV met did lower his prediction for the metro though well see ?

Right around 2” so far. The crazy heavy band from earlier has finally pushed east and we have had a relative lull the last half hour or so. Looks like another band is trying to move in from the south. Temperature holding steady at 32.5.

NAM just went nuts! Gets me deep into the storm tomorrow, another storm Thursday night and you can see the 3rd one for Saturday night diving down on 18z NAM! ?

What I wanna know is with all the technology we have, why didn’t models pick up on this? How in the world in 2023 can you be under a winter storm warning and get no snow ?

I thought the NAM did pick up on this. Brent did post earlier he thought the models would bust favorably for him, but clearly that isn’t the case. 2 degree difference from this being a 9-12 incher…now maybe 1-2 inches on the backside.

BTW, not to rub it in, but snow's reportedly falling here in Dallas (again).

Some areas have supposedly even got a dusting.

TWC just showed a map of estimated snowfall last 24 hours and it shows 18-24” near Fort Smith. Surely that’s not accurate ?

Just some flurries for a couple hours. I never saw any accumulation at 2am or 8am so if anything did accumulate it melted quickly
