We are going to flirt with a hot pattern in that 7+ day range as the EC trough lifts and the heat from the ridge in the SW can get pulled out.

What a lovely May we're having 
I need to mow my lawn this weekend, but it's already hot and humid by 9:00 am. Watch it rain this weekend and I'll have to end up mowing it in the evening next week when it feels like 100.

Alabama a couple hours ago. No rotation but a pretty intense storm
Looks like I might get a storm for the second day in a row.
I got a quick .67” from that when it came through. Bit of a suprise. I wasn’t really expecting anything today

Without a doubt....the rain dome has been in full effect for northern Halifax for the last six weeks. No joke at work we have had 1.3 inches the last 2 days. Up until the last 2 days we have had .8 inches since May 1st.

Gotta love how "summer fronts" are always followed by big heat. Hottest days of the summer around here late next week and the weekend

85/77 plenty fuel for that line of storms if the atmosphere not too worked over from yesterday. It's unusual to get severe storms day after heavy rainfall storms but we shall see
Storm incoming has me a bit nervous. Black as night outside and getting very windy.

Easily the most unstable air mass in general we have had in front of a line all year....all parameters suggest this line should hold up or even get more intense as it moves east.
