October Odyssey

50 degrees at the airport, 46 degrees on my porch in Red Bank... still a little windy, I guess. If the winds calm down, there's a decent chance the airport could drop to the upper 30s. 40 is still the coldest temp so far this Fall. Of course, Sun and Mon nights are forecast to go down to the lower and middle 30s. First freeze chances then, I would guess right around 30/70, 70 being no official freeze.

If I remember from my days while in, Westover is in western Mass,near Springfield, correct? Now an ANG base?

Yep my grandmother lives 2-3 miles off the end of the runway, they fly C-5's out of there....when they take off they are low and loud.

worth noting that GSP’s wettest year ever was 1908 with 72.53”. Obviously my station won’t have the exact same as GSP YTD, but being only a foot off that number at this point is wild
