32 --> 72 at my house northeast of Columbia. I don't see too many days with a 40 degree swing.
Not here. I Post maps with high 60s and 70s and it gets wall to wall dislikes. Lol

This weekend might be the best chance RDU has to reach the freezing mark
It's not the maps and analysis that get the dislikes. It's generally the "suck it all you people who want cold and snow hahahahaha" that gets the dislikes.

GFS back to showing us getting some snow the 13th and a much better chance the 15th with some very cold air for this time of the year.

Also the GFS has reverted back to primary a trough in the east and ridge out west. Take with a grain of salt but just goes to show you how unreliable long lead forecasts are.
It’s clear that cold is dominating the model atmosphere right now no matter which frame you crop probably because the weather is trying to establish the cold season right now. I doubt cold can keep up with the win streak forever as we are dealing with an uphill battle but we will take what we can get so early in the season 
I wonder how quickly the current -5.7 at rdu gets erased the rest of the work week
