Uh oh, you can kinda see the similarities between the EPS and euro, allowing WAA to enter the picture View attachment 53456View attachment 53457
It looks like that ULL scoots on out, providing cooler air behind it, but isn't the air moderating by the time the energy ejects out of the inner mountain west towards us?
So not the best trends with the models todayI need to move

You mentioned a transition period to SER mid-month as a window to score. I always seem to associate these transitions at least here in NC with a period of CAD that delays the warmer temps. That could bring some frozen stuff perhaps, one more window before mid-month?Yep unfortunately it is unless the initial upper trough literally doesn't move at all

Well we all knew this was coming, see you next year!
November 28 1988 is when the infamous EF4 night tornado tore through Raleigh and destroyed a K-Mart. It was an absolute miracle not more people were hurt with that one.I think we should peel our attention to that severe weather threat first, EPS/it’s control has a double barrel jet, and already has a LLJ signal associated with the phased system, that’s some gnarly looking stuff for a ensemble mean View attachment 53466View attachment 53463View attachment 53464View attachment 53465
It’s life changing!I need to move

It is. This pattern is amazingLOL, I feel ya. Too soon to call it, I hope.
SEVERE WEATHER NIGHTMARE. OH NO
It’s quiet in here! Hopefully 18z runs will keep the solid trends
Having possible snow showers in November is always a win.MEG mentions possibility of “snow showers” for Sunday in my locale. First time this fall to see the “s” word even mentioned.
