Looks a little cold up north. Looks like the GFS is in classic 300+ hour mode.
Southern Slider, here we go!!
We need that SE Canada low/-EPO, screw a Canadian ridge, I know it’s risky with the SER but it’s all or nothing, lol
Womp Womp screwed by the SER.
Pretty good though, going in the archive later!

That North Atlantic wavebreak really helps us out, that’s something to look out for as that’s important to keeping the trough in Canada and squashing the SER, and that wavebreak is inside D10, keep your eyes on it

Hey all we can ask for are some good fantasy storms .. 300 hours out .. okay not ideal but at least it’s a late period of time we can look at and now we have a reference of to how it could go down to be good for folks ... definitely fun to see but keep your apples in ur basket this one is just for show and tell.. for now

That look like a good classic snowstorm hopefully we can sneak one or two in this year
Southeast ridge on gefs appearing, I notice more members have the SE us ridge, unfortunately there’s a way higher chance of that look then what the gfs shows 
He’s a mean one, mr ridge, at least there’s that trough around the GL which could work to suppress it (for now)
Good news, the SER turns into a south central ridge. As long as that trough is over the NE, we shouldn’t panic, yet.
Nice seeing that trough in the NE, that look is all or nothing

It was close to a weenie run lol, if it phased with the N/S it would have probably been a big storm, but it missed the N/S and got not injection of cold air

MRX kinda bullish on the snow showers around here in latest forecast.. kinda surprising:

If that trough would have gotten out in front of that wave and the wave circled would have gone neg/neutral tilt we would have been in business. I’m marking this as the GFS progressive bias ?
