Rates have picked up some in Florence AL... flake size is still small but coming down harder. Looks like we may have 0.25-0.33" accumulation as of now

Looks like some of those in house RPM models are getting bullish!. I wouldn't totally discount this map, but it looks overdone in some areas. Lower totals in the East are probably because the image is for 1pm Wednesday. Still snowing in the east.
LOL I continue to be on the left edge of the donut hole snow. Fascinating! I'm guessing its the pinch point of the two waves.

Yeah I think the US-1 corridor will eventually be upgraded to a winter storm warning for 3-7" of snow given how the 12z suite has evolved. If we overperform like most have upstream this is going to look a lot like Feb 9-10 1967...

12z RGEM is running. Definite trend with all of the models to keep that line of moisture out of the gulf together longer and stronger!

NOTHING! Actually, it looks like it's lining up better and I trust the HRRR trend. Don't deny that there is a chance this thing never falls apart and only blows up as it leads into GA.

If Huntsville weather services was smart they would upgrade advisory to warning. Already have dusting here. And returns out west staying healthy.

14z HRRR has this starting as rain in Atlanta at 5 pm. That's advanced by about 4 hours.

Totals really chopped in TN and MS and N AL (Maybe due to it snowing already) and way up in S AL and GA. So far this run.

Yes it was supposed to fall apart. But it has been doing just fine.

I really think the axis of heaviest snow could match this image from the RGEM where it's showing the heaviest returns. Just west of the Triangle.
I post just not as much as others but it sure does look promising now for SE TN and & Chattanooga to Dayton/Cleveland per the trends and observations to our west. It looks to begin snowing here by 12PM. & And snow off and on through 6PM. Im so ready! LET IT SNOW!
