German model with similar parameterizations as the Euro just not as high a resolution, it's done fairly well this Winter especially with the coastal the other week.... it's fairly new, limited verification scores but like I said it's been solid in certain situations.Ive never even heard of the ICON

Was I close.... haha I've read you explain it so much this Winter I feel like I'm catching on. And umm it's about to be a big hit for us man dangIt's certainly had a better handle on this system than other models like the GFS/CMC granted its surface temps might be a bit questionable
