Wintry More SE Snow ? (1/16-1/18)

WWA issued only down to Carroll county by FFC... yet special wx statement says Lagrange north... models have certainly supported a further south toward Lagrange impact... BMX has great graphics that seem to be more in line with what models are currrently showing.. so is FFC just getting a starting point??? Or being conservative? Being on a state line is sometimes hard when one office is very conservative.... hmmm...

I’m guessing they want to play it safe & watch radar trends late tonight & tomorrow.

9 members above 1.5" for HUN now...earlier run had only 3 above 1.5" and they looked like outliers. Mean was at .61 and now is at 1.20. Doubled to a nice uptick

Brick it looks like WRAL is becoming more certain we will get some snow showers out of this. My excitement is on board now, especially if the NAM runs tonight look more favorable. Wonder why they put such a low ceiling for potential for the southern Triangle? I mean, this isn't what they are predicting, this is their max potential. I'd have to say the potential should be greater than that, even if you are forecasting minute amounts.

FFC. December was "A dusting to an inch" before the big event. I expect the same to happen here, but much less on the totals. Not sure how much, but I expect most of N GA to have a WWA by tomorrow evening.
