It was predicted by the models to do that so it should not have any effect on TN/NCDon't know if it will have any ramifications or not, but that line is dissipating as it enters the apps in far east TN and western NC. If our snow is dependent upon that main band, then we are in trouble.
Yea...got alot of sleet mixed in up in Etowah County. Appears theres a dry layer and possibly a small warm nose.Not saying it's not snowing is the rates that are being affected IMHO we got some dry air somewhere

I've had intermittent virga already, well ahead. It's still nearly 47, but apparently that becomes history pretty quickly. I wouldn't mind having some of that front runner rain to juice up the column. Already had a bit of virga snow go by just under me. And looking back in w Texas I wonder if we'll see some flurries tomorrow night if that rides this way? TSee the precip starting to blossom away from the main line, SW of ATL? It's happening! And look at the water vapor imagery , thing of beauty!
