147kt flight level winds in NE eyewall. I think this can be bumped up to 155 with the drop in pressure, dropsonde data and pressure dropping again. Eye appears to be contracting as well.
 
Cantore just said they want the people to leave their ss card number and name in their pocket because he doesn’t think they’ll be able to get to the stranded tonight...

EXPECTED TONIGHT AND EARLY THURSDAY...

A Weatherflow site at Cameron, Louisiana recently reported a
sustained wind of 41 mph (66 km/h) with a gust to 67 mph (108 km/h).

Calcasieu Pass recently reported a sustained wind of 49 mph (80
km/h) with a gust to 70 mph (113 km/h).

Surface still around 150mph based of SFMR, but a lot of 170mph + pixels in the NE quad as height closes with KLCH.

I don't trust SFMR in a situation like this, most of the data from it tonight has been flagged and it is notorious for being off when near land. Based on flight level winds and dropsonde data plus radar I think a bump to 155mph and a pressure of 936mb would be reasonable.
 
Over the last 10-15 minutes southern eyewall is solidifying with lightning noted ese of center.
