Yes... it weakened slightly and the pressure came up as it crossed the Bahamas, but then as the eye was over water, the pressure dropped again and it strengthened right up to landfallDidn’t Andrew intensify right up till landfall? I know it was initially rated a Cat 4, but then upgraded to a Cat 5. The damage from that was ridiculous!

Lol that's for sure. However the thing to pay attention to is the mean wind in the lowest 150M. 130 knots should mean we see 155 or 150 at the next advisory.At least we’re not living at 900mb
