Yes, flooding won't be an issue for TN. Irma won't be no where near like Harvey. Irma is likely to dissipate as the drag from the land weakens Irma to a remnant low and eventually into nothing at all pretty much. Area's south of TN can experience flash floods, but not widespread. The widespread flooding will be confined along the coasts.

It's a possible bad scene for SW GA and int C AL, but the Big Bend is probably a stretch -- this west shift has to stop at some point...
Wouldn't take much for you and me to be out of the worst of it. This is some crazy dithering. T
