Harvey has: A strong curculation, little dry air, rapidly falling pressure, warm water, little to no shear form what I know, and tons of moisture. It could be possible, but who knows. I feel like major hurricane predictions bust more on over intensity than under intensity.Maybe it'll RI today and tonight and early tomorrow , then weaken before landfall . The higher the intensity is like cat 3,4 , are harder to maintain themselves, because conditions have to be almost perfect for those strengths to be attained!?
