3km would be a disaster for ILM.
I guess you can say North Carolina got NAM'd.
Hmm if that trend continues we may just see this threaten GA or FL from the NE. Crazy turn of events.

ICON just slowly moves south off the coast of North Carolina at 96.
Yeah we are riding a fine line right now. If we see florence get inland of the nc coast and we are into the 60+ gust territory

NHC placed the center at 28.4N on this advisory package, but the latest hurricane hunter center fix is actually down near 28.1N. Sigh...

The closer Florence gets the further everyone gets from knowing wtf is going on. Literally a major disaster for multiple states on the way and this thing could go anywhere. Crazy ain’t it

According to nhc discussion, the new track is right of guidance consensus. I take that to mean they're just not ready to pull the trigger on the captain hook sw track. I don't blame them. I don't buy it either.

ICON similar to NHC track but slower. I bet there is 30-40" rain being modeled in SE NC.
ICON now has Florence in central South Carolina at 114. It made landfall near the SC/NC border. If this run verifies, ATL could get some rain and gusty winds.
