Thats wild! I know a couple HSV Mets who are worried they jumped the gun on warnings outside of their northwestern 4 counties. Said there has been a lot of back and forth in the office. I’m sure it’s the same at BMX.
 
My local met here now seems to think the snow will be mostly to my northwest, and that we will be in mostly freezing rain here with some sleet. Around 3" total.

But Memphis is still saying 5 to 8 here, so who knows.
 
Here also. I just went to the store and a light mist is falling. It's instantly freezing.
So the roads are already crap.

09z SREF plumes have increased again for DFW, now showing a mean of 6.4".

Of the 27 ensemble members, all but 4 cluster between 4-8". There are 2 members that show 10-11" and 2 members that show 2-3".

BTW, in case some were wondering, removing those 4 outliers from the plumes still produces a mean of 6.4."
