Things are going to get desperate here in NW JoCo if we don’t get something soon. I know the day is not over but I’ve not seen a drop fall IMBY. If we bust today I’ll be scared to mow until it does for the sake of sparking and setting my entire neighborhood up in flames due to dryness.

I just got back from Goldsboro to a meager .02 inches in the rain gauge. There were some nice showers in Wayne and Johnston counties on the way home. Well, I hope that .02 inches is only the tip of the iceberg as far as rain to come where I live.
