Well we were due for one of these here southern Union County... we we’re pretty dry last weekend when Concord was taking. Already closing in an inch in gauge and the radar looks goodI see lightning flashes To my south like its the evening lol

That area is part of the county sweet spot . Roleseville / Riley Hill/ Bunn are the epicenter , then Nashville / Rocky mount area. Essentially anything along 96 zebulon north and 98 wake forest to rocky spring hope / Nashville . We live in the good spot can’t even deny it .North, right on the Wake and Franklin line.
