Pattern January 2021 - Joyless January

I'm going to be incredibly bullish that we remain with this -AO, Aleutian low, and Atlantic low look. I'm not saying that we'll get sustained cold or snow from that look, but rather in more of longwave respect. I was listening to Dr. Ventrice last night, and he was saying that depending on where the SSWE beings are incredibly important. If it starts in the North Atlantic like in February 2018, we get a poorly tilted -EPO, and a SER. If it starts over Siberia like this time, and in December 2018, we get the look currently being modeled.strat warm.PNG
 
Perhaps a jet extension/+PNA with retrogression of those lower heights towards the Aleutians, sign me up !

Looks like the GEFS would support more sliders than storms that make the turn. Not gonna lie, starting to get giddy.

EDIT: No worries about blocking through the end of the run. Nuts.
