This storm has potential to be historic for Dallas metroplex if the ULL swings in the right place(directly south of Dallas). Could be the difference between 1-2 inches and 8-10 inches.

The gfs really hasn’t been showing much to begin with
Even the Para GFS has been slowly going to crap.
On the Canadian model it looks to be coming in faster. That seems to be helping or at least I think it is.

It's something to watch but I'm not really worried about it right now I don't see how it's going to be rain with the thermal profiles which is the major reason the gfs/para is lame
Now if the euro is lame that might be another story
Looks a good 6 hours faster. 
pretty close to the euro. If we can get the temp down 2 or 3 degrees alot more people would be in the game.
