So in my assumption if that ULL continues eastward and never really makes a job NE until after say north Florida things change majorly for MS/AL/GA that cold air will reach much further south and a moisture fetch more so then even being predicted will build up... We are seeing that wrap around moisture coming up in snow showers over Jackson MS right now

I had 1.5 last Feb that melted in a few hrs. Dec 2018 was the last big snow
yes flizzard, nothing sticking, but, yes, it IS SNOWING..
