Last two HRRR runs are not good for north ms. Looks like it’s started it’s northward trend

If anything 0z looks south than 18z

HRRR is keeping the northern half of Greenville, Spartanburg, and the NW sections of Cherokee county snow for roughly 8 hours in that initial wave.

Chris Justice is leaning very heavy on a warm nose taking over fairly quickly. I haven't seen anything today pointing toward that. In fact as you said everything leaning to more Snow for longer period.

The rain snow line has definitely went north in the last two runs. Precip is much lower also. The low is probably pivoting at that time also

Would a Met please chime in and tell us whether these HRRR runs are plausible or not. The model is sticking to it's guns and has been really consistent on that front end thump.

Wow that shows some heavy snowbands about to rotate over my backyard at around 4 pm tomorrow. Might sneak a couple of inches on the backside with that look.

Hmm a winter storm warning may need to go into effect for parts of north and Central Alabama. Wether the nws will pull the trigger who knows. Such a fine line between nothing and something.
