NOAA Doppler radar imagery indicates that the eye of Ida made a
second landfall along the southeastern coast of Louisiana just
southwest of Galliano around 200 PM CDT (1900 UTC). Maximum
sustained winds are estimated to be 145 mph (235 km/h). The
estimated central pressure is 934 mb (27.58 in).

Not sure what these wind speeds are but some of those gust towards the end are wayyyyy up there.....

water seems to have receded on John Humpress2 cam in grand isle..
It has. You can also tell that the wind has shift direction as well

It's on the outer edge of the outer wall now and hopefully for the ones trapped in Grand Isle, about to wind down soon...
Galliano, LA East 58 Gusts to 98 mph.. pressure down to 28.41"...2 pm CDT
2PM CDT N.O. stations: rapid pressure falls continue and winds increasing at Lakefront. Also, note the very tight pressure gradient as the 3 mb/.09” difference from one part of the city to the other shows:

anyone watching any good live feeds? reed timmer's just went offline from houma.. looking particularly for the St Charles parish area.. family riding it out there. thanks.
Reed is still online. I'm not familiar with where St. Charles Parish is, but severestudios has a multi-cam stream going.
