Tropical Hurricane Ida

My cousin in NOLA said it was pretty bad for a while. She was on the 17th floor and had water in her bath tub for using later and she said the water was sloshing a bit because the building was swaying. She is now trying to find a way out because of the threat of prolonged power outages and she can't keep walking 17 flights of stairs everyday.
