High tide is at noon tomorrow, almost the same time as landfall. Downtown will be underwater

I’m six miles from downtown in Mount Pleasant, it’s gonna be pretty rough tomorrow
 
Ian is clearing land quick, while it is void of convection around the center it is still moving almost due east.

Run the loop and you can easily see it

It's a six foot tide tomorrow, right? probably gonna be ten foot with surge added. Yall stay safe down there.

There should be a legit severe threat in ENC tomorrow, DPs racing up to upper 60s close to 70 and in that favorable NE sector of landfalling TC, those jet dynamics too
