You fail to mention that everything south of Uptown is some of the most gorgeous and upscale neighborhoods in the entire SouthDo NOT go N out of the City towards University OR West towards Airport. Don’t carry cash, don’t even look at the Light-rail or you’re already in Danger. I’ve lived in the CLT Metro 33yrs now …. It’s a Cesspool be careful
MOST IMPORTANT—- if you get hungry at 11P - 2A, YES there is a cookout on Freedom Drive, NO you absolutely shouldn’t go there

Bojangles on the corner of S Tryon and West Boulevard in South End has been good before Panthers games. AI takes your order and food is ready pretty quick. Pretty sure that was the OG Bojangles.Of course, but that’s not walking distance or somewhere someone staying in Uptown may be like “Ohhh man a Bojangels is 2.3 miles from here let’s go grab it. But it’s actually on N Tryon / Sugar Creek with bars on the windows

I think we get lucky with the fgen and am leaning towards 3 to 5 with 4 being reasonable.@ForsythSnow looks like we are riding the edge on this one. Still thinking 2-4 with isolated higher amounts further east probably.
Dang, how you gonna go and disrespect TEMU like that!Brick is the Temu Griteater
Isn't that the truth. Or gameday against Miami when Devin Hester took the opening kickoff back for a TD.genuinely it feels like right before a big wolfpack game. feels like right before the gameday/top 10 matchup in clemson in 2022. you just know something has to go wrong but the hope abounds
Are the waffle houses staying open though? That’s the true telling!Bojangles on the corner of S Tryon and West Boulevard in South End has been good before Panthers games. AI takes your order and food is ready pretty quick. Pretty sure that was the OG Bojangles.
One near my parents house on South Boulevard was just remodeled a couple years ago. I walked there in a snowy evening with some friends a few years back. Are the waffle houses staying open though? That’s the true telling!![]()
So this is what I'm replying with to text from clients for Loganville, Ga. (family and friends, lol)
I'd say 10% chance of just some flurries. 20% chance of less than an inch. 40% chance of 2 inches. 20% chance of 2-4 inches, and if we get super lucky and a deformation band sets up shop overhead, 10% 5+ inches.
I don’t see any temps in your area close to 33
It is I promise you. Icicles are dripping and all 4 weather gauges here are reading the same.I don’t see any temps in your area close to 33.View attachment 191898

This map brought to you Southeastern Telegraph--Sending cables up and down the eastern seaboard since 1821.Final Call. Watch hwy 49 corridor and northern, central coastal plain for exceeding expectations.

Yeah, I saw that. I hope it's not a last-minute rug pull on precip like last week. Totally different setup, but still.Models are pulling back a bit for our areas. Could just be the typical oscillations we've been seeing or could be the start of a last minute negative trends. Funny how the models are doing this after the expansion of the Winter Storm Warning lol.
Shows you how inaccurate these temp maps can be. We have solid 2 inch or more snow and zr cover still and temps are going above freezing mark. No way some of those temps from other areas are correct.I don’t see any temps in your area close to 33.View attachment 191898

I think it's going to be close. I could see it just to the west of us but it's going to come down to watching the radar. You'll be able to tell fairly early.Brad about to be Raleigh public enemy #1, just said the dryslot looks to set up over them and would reduce totals.

Hmmm. But what if the models never show what we want? Then nowcasting never starts before the event ends. Paradox. I feel very down all of a sudden.Whenever the models don't show what you want.
