It appears a series of disturbances along a stalled out boundary and active jet stream will result in heavy rainfall and & potential flooding.

Dry...We're going to need to build another ARK in Chattanooga. One can only imagine what this would have been like had in been colder for snow.

I doubt it will. If anything, I'd say 2 weeks max. However that is still a lot of rain. We need to get out of this El-Nino before we start setting rainfall records again for the wettest year.Another concern is what if this pattern locks in for months?
