It appears a series of disturbances along a stalled out boundary and active jet stream will result in heavy rainfall and & potential flooding.

Dry...We're going to need to build another ARK in Chattanooga. One can only imagine what this would have been like had in been colder for snow.
We toss because I only get 6in and not 10 or more
I doubt it will. If anything, I'd say 2 weeks max. However that is still a lot of rain. We need to get out of this El-Nino before we start setting rainfall records again for the wettest year.Another concern is what if this pattern locks in for months?
I will pass!
Huntsville sucks at anafrontal flurries but they’re damn good at rain. That’s a beastly rain map. Good grief
Agree with the analysis, but it hasn't happened yet ... anymore than snow ...This is definitely a huge concern for those getting the direct hit with such high totals, but the coastal plain areas have to have all of this water pass through their areas before its out to sea. The flat areas cannot handle this type of water coming downstream.

I agree. This has not happened yet folks. With that being said, it does look ominous.Agree with the analysis, but it hasn't happened yet ... anymore than snow ...
Models have been fairly consistent in the area and most if not all have concerning totals. Its eye catching for sure.I agree. This has not happened yet folks. With that being said, it does look ominous.
Its going to be hard for some areas to miss out on big totals in this setupI agree. This has not happened yet folks. With that being said, it does look ominous.
