Looks like another 1-2 hours of snow for the mtns about 3-4 hours East of the mtns. Then Greensboro East of course may see long duration with coastal development. Anything west of the black line will be not lead to additional accum.

90% snow here. Flakes getting bigger. Mulch turning and roof crevasses getting slightly white.

Yeah I pulled the trigger on it, even if I see as much or slightly less snow than Charlotte, the rates are likely going to be much higher when it snows down here. Also a chance I get underneath a death band

So glad trolls in our chatroom are gonna be wrong this time They were starting to get on my nerves.

Very surprised how fast everything is covered. Almost no grass visible

Steady snow rate will always overcome warm soil temps after 30-60 minutes or so.

Really like what I’m seeing from the SREF and HRRR, my place in SW Cumberland would be awfully close to the axis of heaviest snow accums on the backside of this storm. Sleet is starting to mix with the rain here

I am just north of you in northern Cumberland County (Linden), hoping we can get some good rates when it flips.

We have definitely lost the bigger flakes and better rates with the passage of that initial band. Very light snow now.

Just north of Jasper, Ga on Burnt Mtn Road. About 2700 feet or so ... in Jasper rain/snow mix. Nothing on ground. This is just 10 minutes out of town heading north and up in elevation ...
