You got connections? Hook us up with Pinehurst #2 tee times!I'm honestly down to hit the links sometime, just a few hours trip up I-85. Only clubs I can hit on a consistent basis are my pitching & sand wedges.

When theres a snow threat in TN this board is practically dead. But when NC has a snow threat completely different story.

I know. Im just trying to figure out why TN has so few weather enthusiasts.Lots of people here are in NC. It’s reasonable.

Hope y’all enjoy watching the snow fly in Green Bay!! Gonna be only way we see snow S of 85! ????
Im in Cleveland about 35 miles east of Chattanooga TN and yes there are very few weather enthusiast and storm spottersI know. Im just trying to figure out why TN has so few weather enthusiasts.
It would be even better to see the Packers lose. Never have liked Green BayHope y’all enjoy watching the snow fly in Green Bay!! Gonna be only way we see snow S of 85! ????
I guess because TN wx is so boring compared to most of the south !Im in Cleveland about 35 miles east of Chattanooga TN and yes there are very few weather enthusiast and storm spotters
We had one day last year of snow flurries barely got a dusting melted hours later.I guess because TN wx is so boring compared to most of the south !
At least those two states get snow threats not like that here in Alabama... The only thing we have going is football but we can't even buy a snowflake for fall or winterWhen theres a snow threat in TN this board is practically dead. But when NC has a snow threat completely different story.
I've forgotten what snow is like here. Last time i saw accumulating snow i was in NYC in February 2018
One reason of many i want to move next year

For the airport here its March 2015
I've turned to snow vacations and I'm kind of over it lol
MS to SC is just a hell hole for people who like weather. To me the best places in the south from a weather perspective is either FL where you never have to worry about getting your hearts crushed or NC and TN where you are guaranteed to get at least a littlesnowsleet each winter.
N FL has its moments, my friend ... every 30 years or so ...MS to SC is just a hell hole for people who like weather. Thats true, but whens the last time you had a sleepless night concerned over whether you would get snow or not?N FL has its moments, my friend ... every 30 years or so ...![]()
2 nights ago ... it was a South Bend flashback ...Thats true, but whens the last time you had a sleepless night concerned over whether you would get snow or not?
#2 ... actually, I do not worry about snow ... I get paid for worrying and taking care of the worry ... snow or not is a few pay grades above my worry department ... that's a call for a higher power ...Thats true, but whens the last time you had a sleepless night concerned over whether you would get snow or not?
I don't actually. Unless its Phil? But even he has a chance. But there are several areas that go years without it. CAE hasn't had measurable snowfall since Feb 2014.I can only think of 1 on this board who literally has no chance of ever seeing any snowfall accumulation. I think you know who Im talking about.
I thought the CAE area had a big snow around Halloween one year.I don't actually. Unless its Phil? But even he has a chance. But there are several areas that go years without it. CAE hasn't had measurable snowfall since Feb 2014.
Phil - it is a 4 letter word ... now that we've cleared the air and gotten that out of the way ...I can only think of 1 on this board who literally has no chance of ever seeing any snowfall accumulation. I think you know who Im talking about.
That was Nov 1st 2014. That was an upper low and it was very localized. I don't think the airport measured anything. But some areas in the same county had 6 inches. But either way the area as a whole has seen nothing since. Which is unusual even for that area.I thought the CAE area had a big snow around Halloween one year.
I agree with that. Spent 5 years in CAE and almost went insane!! Getting missed repeatedly by 50 miles multiple times a year will do that. I'd rather have been in Miami.MS to SC is just a hell hole for people who like weather. To me the best places in the south from a weather perspective is either FL where you never have to worry about getting your hearts crushed or NC and TN where you are guaranteed to get at least a little snow each winter.
You couldnt pay me a million dollars to live in CAE !I agree with that. Spent 5 years in CAE and almost went insane!! Getting missed repeatedly by 50 miles multiple times a year will do that. I'd rather have been in Miami.
Now that is a very sick thought ...I agree with that. Spent 5 years in CAE and almost went insane!! Getting missed repeatedly by 50 miles multiple times a year will do that. I'd rather have been in Miami.
8-8 stop the hate. For a playoff season you'll have to wait....Panthers actually playing a good team and they loosing, They are the biggest pretenders ever
It was awful. I can't think of anywhere east of the Mississippi more boring from a weather standpoint. Maybe Augusta down to Waycross can rival it. Nothing extreme at all ever unless you consider pop up storms in summer extreme. You couldnt pay me a million dollars to live in CAE !
Augusta is a hell hole too for weather. Atlanta has far more interesting weather. It was awful. I can't think of anywhere east of the Mississippi more boring from a weather standpoint. Maybe Augusta down to Waycross can rival it. Nothing extreme at all ever unless you consider pop up storms in summer extreme.
