I see February as the month of when things start to bloom now, because it’s been like that for the past few years, Bradford pears, tulips, clover, and others
 
Everybody is complaining for winter to hurry in the summer time only to get disappointed when it cools down as winter starts since it never snows, at least in the summer or spring you get a better shot at interesting weather like a thunderstorm

Here’s a little something to look at. For people giving up on winter before it begins. Maybe a little icy scenario for some?
