Yeah he might be mistaking deciduous magnolias for dogwoods. Dogwoods are late bloomers.

I also don't believe it since his location is close to me and no dogwoods are blooming anywhere near here or south of Atlanta where weatherfide is.
If the dogwoods are blooming that means crappie are on the bed. And crappie aren’t on the bed

Yes it was jaw dropping to see. Pink cherry blossoms too. Will try and snap some pics tomorrow. The new normal will take some getting used to.

It’s possible. Small white flowers I’ve typically seen blooming in mid March. I’ll take some pics and you horticulture experts can let me know.

I’ve seen the pink here in Atlanta
Atlanta must have a lot of interesting microclimates. We have some people there claiming spring trees are blooming while others are claiming to be in the midst of 50 mph winds with temperatures in the mid 30s while no one else within a hundred miles is under 40F.

Last week of the month is looking interesting with models showing a SSWE and most of the cold air on this side of the Arctic.
