May just be me but this run so far looks slightly worse than 18z. Dps are up and the high is weaker

The globals have been better than the NAM, though, until the last run and what appears to be this run. If the globals and NAM all agree, do they go all in?
As things stand now, Blowing Rock is where I will be Saturday afternoon - Tuesday. I like the elevation
(wind potential), eastern side of the escarpment, 321 should be plowed with a backdoor through Boone and 421 if needed. Not ready to commit further south than there at the moment, SW VA appears to be out of play. Slower timing will allow ingest of the 12z run on Saturday for any last minute adjustments as I am on the road.

18z Sunday is when the sleet will be at its peak probably. Not nearly was widespread as it was on the 18z run, but there's still a pretty big signal here.

Most of NC and Upstate SC gets NAM'd, although it's mostly one heck of an ice/sleet storm in Upstate SC.
Carolinas got NAM’d!

Looks like in upstate sc best chance of this mixbag is 3am till 12noon Sunday. Hopefully more moves in though

Wow, NAM is doubling down, globals are being consistent for a big storm, too. The potential is there for this to be an incredible storm
