I don’t understand your affinity for Fauci. He’s not such a good doc to me. He lied to millions of people.

They play with pretty much an expansion team.

If not, they're not going to play for a while. Florida is a hot spot so I can't imagine that their expanded roster is all clean either.

That's all assuming that we don't get cancelled soon.

Yankees-Phillies game also cancelled. Might as well just cancel the season at this point.

They wear masks in the dugout but not in the field. You make this too easy.

Players actually haven't really been compliant in masking up and social distancing. If they're not going to make players follow the rules, they really only have two choices at this point, cancel the season, or just let things go and let players that are asymptomatic play.

Edit: Like for example the Marlins knew about the positives, but decided to hold a player's meeting to decide to play.

I saw Dansby Swanson eating at a restaurant on the Marietta square a couple of weeks ago. No mask, with his girlfriend and three other people. That’s how the virus can spread. It may not have been on the field.

If they don’t have the virus is ok right? They are tested more then anyone. You can’t stop the virus so all you can to is follow the steps in place by MLB. I have no issues with it and I don’t see any problems moving forward.
 
Of course there's also the potential for them to spread it outside of the game itself. I don't know to what extent they are separated. But the main point is: to keep harping on the masks is foolish because you don't know all of the variables involved. But what we do know is that Jimmy thinks masks are foolish. So noted. Can we go on in this thread without the needless tripe about masks now please?
