Misc Cold Season Complaining

So basically our short window for the season is almost over. Bring on spring. We all know we won’t get another favorable pattern after this.

We all know this is the most likely outcome. But we’ll still be watching to see if the pattern re-emerges. No matter how many times we throw in the towel and try to walk away. Something will always pull us back to ride the misery train again. The torture will continue until March.

It’ll take another year or 3 before we radically accept the truth. That this is pointless and a waste of time. Climate change has taken its toll. Nothing will ever be like it used to be.

I usually try to roll a few vacation days over specifically for in case it snows (my work doesn’t shut down for anything). But I think I’m done doing that. It’s not gonna snow and we aren’t guaranteed next year anyways. Time to use the time.

Btw, it used to snow many years ago. Found this Pic while rummaging through old photos at my parents tonight. It was 1979, we raised Perdue chickens and so instead of a snowman we made a snow chicken Lol. Even made the local newspaper back then, I'm the cute little guy on the left
