Then go ahead and put me on ignore, because you'll never hear the end of it from me. There is no way anyone will benefit from NWS cuts and it's just your ignorance (that you put on full display with your complete misinterpretation of the bolded part of the sentence you replied to) on the subject that would make you say that.

Frankly, if you think this is warranted and a good decision we shouldn't talk on a weather forum because we share nothing in common and I do not respect your opinion at all. That goes for anyone else too, regardless of who you are: mod, admin or otherwise. Anyone who has spent a modicum of time in this field should know better than this, regardless of your political leanings.

Experienced, very valuable mets lost their jobs because a group of pencil-neck geeks led by a socially inept billionaire are going around slashing programs haphazardly. All the experts are rallying against the damage being done to NOAA/NWS right now for a damn good reason.

100% agree with all of this. This only hurts the NWS and bigtime at that.
