Why does the 6z run always suck! Seems like we have to fight all day to make some progress and then it gets zapped every morning! 
Graf model was wrong. Imagine that. That's a wrap in the upstate folks. Better luck next year where we'll be working on 4 years without an inch of snow. Good times, good times.

Couple more dry runs out east and this place will be a ghost town this evening. If it gets out of RAH too, I think there’s literally only like 4 ppl that even inhabit that area of NC way up in the NE corner. I mean unless one of them Wild horses in Corrala NC has a keyboard and is into weather.

like not one iota. “Pattern recognition in certain parts of the country is literally just a way for a Met to say idk I don’t wanna talk about it right now ask me again in 5 days” ik I look like a total DA. I told ppl we were getting a major ice storm literally Saturday bc we’d gotten inside that 4 days mark. Now they’re all like yea, never tell me anything weather related again please.

Absolutely.... but hey some of us just had to wish for all snow or nothing. "Lights out" "Yikes" "ouch" over a 1/4" of ICE.
I’m hesitant to click Brent’s thread to see how much snow he is getting right now. Not sure I can handle it

Pretty meh overnight and morning runs. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if I just get flurries, but maybe I get an inch. No idea. This whole threat has just really fell apart for WNC and that's disappointing.

All of these storms have been real disappointments... got the cold back but the lackluster STJ (thanks La Nina) has allowed the northern stream to bully us all winter.

Gulf coast convection.... On the radar if you see bright pretty colors running out ahead of the storm at NW - SE orientation its game over up here. If theyre SW - NE though...... might help

I think we are lucky to get a dusting in my area up in Huntersville. It looks to be drying up quickly.

@rburrel2 im much more intrigued by that death band Thursday AM and the way its beefing up for now than tomm..... would be cool to do a split, Squueze 1-2" out tomm then the deform bring .15 -.2 QPF and drop 1-2" that would be a nice backdoor cover of the 3.5" needed for the 6" season 
... Im hoping it doesnt form on top of us though or it wont be as juiced here. Id imagine we need that thing back around Far Western Foothills then pivot to give it time to beef a bit

In all honesty I was just being a sarcastic tool yesterday to that guy... IDC who sees what really. Its Weather not a soul on this board can control anything that will occur over the next 48hrs. 99% of my post have some form of Sarcasm, I get its not needed but im terrible at social ques and thats how I communicate. If ive ever made Mayock guy, or anyone uncomfortable here I do apologize as that was never intended, tone over text as well as I used to work at Norfolk Southern railroad for 7yrs and had to develop a thick skin. If you knew me personally though youd know im just full of ---- and yanking your chain half the time

The Moyock posts have been the highlight of the past 24 hrs i love them.
That thing is wildfire right now, just had norovirus, and my girl, also some of my family. It’s spreads quick before you feel the symptoms as you start to shed the virus but not know your sick. It’s a dreadful, horrific bug that I wouldn’t wish on my worse enemy
