Makes me think we need a thread for storms that’s title “I want to try my hand at analysis” and another titled “I know what I’m talking about and here are the receipts”. Cause we got both going on right now in the main thread, baby’s first forecasts and vet Mets that give priceless info.

It's definitely going to be a nail biter, I'm afraid. It's hovering right around 32 here right now. I thought the temps would drop faster than this. I swear, if we get another 33 degrees rain event...

Better to be prepared than not. Started my generator earlier tonight and once it warmed up I changed the oil and got three of my propane tanks filled up. My generator runs off of propane or gas. It came in handy after Helene.
 
Yall take lots of pictures! Don’t forget the chairs! My seasonal total is like 3” and it blows! Send help!

If the temps in Madison keep dropping like they have been tonight, we might actually hit freezing sometime around next Thursday.

Also, I'm curious, have you ever heard of someone spraining their shoulder patting themselves on the back? 🙄

Pretty sure folks value my posts more than your wishcasting nonsense. If you think this pattern couldn't have turned into a nor'easter it just shows your own ignorance. Why don't you try getting a life instead of holding grudges over someone's meteorological anaylsis you don't agree with because they hurt your fragile feelings. I'm still waiting for your forecast btw.
 
did not buzz around here tonight, worked out and grilled some pork chops. haven't looked at any models. and let me tell you it felt great. whats the vibe

After this I’ll give you the last word because I can tell that’s the type of person you are but anybody who knows me knows I’m not a wishcaster and what the heck does it mean that a pattern could have turned into something? I mean, it’s either something or it isn’t. My 82 could have turned into a 72 if I was 10 shots better, lol.

I remember about 10 years ago over on American they were tracking a storm. I didn’t know what I was doing and the GFS was rolling in one night and I commented “boom!” when the wave went negative over the Carolinas and it was all rain. I think they lost the storm that night and it never came back. BuckeyeFan banned me and I never logged back in 💀

I’ve started grilling my pork chops and chicken after resting them overnight in a mix of a cup of pickle juice, a cup of milk, two tablespoons of garlic/paprika/red pepper/soy sauce/red pepper flakes and let me tell you
