Went swimming for the first time for this summer season today and I am tired.
There is an Olympic sized pool in town and I can barely make it across the full length of the pool. I did 4 laps but they included breaks.
Yes, I know, I'm out of shape.
Probably will be the only time I go to this pool. Next time will likely be the YMCA.

Down here on the coast it's just humid it's the first real humid and hot day that I've seen this so far.. but the seabreeze came through and temperature is now 78.
