I would never go to one of those places that get lots of snow. I like the thrill of tracking storms, I feel like it's cheating if you move out west. If I move outside of NC, it would be to the MA, NE, or Ohio Valley.

Everytime I see pics of it, it looks desert like. They only average like 20” of precip total for the year

They avg 21” of rain a year, 81” of snow

Cheating takes the fun out of it. Finally winning after getting cheated on is incredibly satisfying. I know you're a warm weenie now, but when you actually get a big snowstorm, I guarantee you we all will remember the excitement and will go through the 7 stages of mourning the next winter.

I’m always a warm weenie in spring, but I’m extremely desperate this year after this horrific winter, it’s been since 2018 since I’ve felt the thrill of tracking and seeing a successful winter storm, I’ve lost it, winter used to be my favorite season for that, now it’s my least ??

Flagstaff is probably the best snow city to live in in the country. Tons of snow, not that cold in the winter, and summer is amazing!
